Aside from LAHSC, Sam works at the University Writing Center, edits for the Texas Orator, and volunteers with UT MicroFarm. Sam plans to attend graduate school for political science after graduating from UT, studying political knowledge and public opinion. In her free time, she loves to read, take long walks, hike ‘round Texas, and bask in the sun with her friends!

In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, drinking coffee, and watching the Texas Longhorns play football!

Peter has a passion for understanding how things work, including markets and all things business. He is also a people person and hopes to bridge these interests in his future career. Peter works in restaurants, and in his free time loves to read and cook. He is also a lifelong musician, and is always happy to play music with friends, both old and new.

She also enjoys going to concerts, and playing instruments, like the drums, keyboards, and guitar! After Avi graduates, she would like to attend law school and become an attorney one day.

Nikolas is a senior double majoring in government and youth and community studies. On campus, Parker served as vice chair of the Texas Blazers, a mentoring program for Eastside Early College High School. He was also a member of the UT Student Government. Last Fall Nikolas was an Archer Fellow where he worked in D.C. for Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher. Parker is also a member of the student conduct board. In his free time he enjoys reading, traveling, baking, spending time outdoors, but above all else he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Upon graduating Nikolas plans to attend law school in order to practice education law.

In Lauren’s free time, she likes to bake, go to concerts, and read. She is pre-law and plans to pursue law school and health law after she graduates from UT. She also works as a UGCA for introductory Biology, interns in the Texas Senate, volunteers teaching English with TRUE, serves as a LAH student mentor, and volunteers with Foundations Communities as a Health Coverage Volunteer.

Eleanor is a part of the Texas Women's Rugby team, and loves playing rugby and watching hockey! She listens to a lot of grunge, metal, and indie music, but likes all genres. Eleanor enjoys reading (mostly science fiction) and she watches a lot of sci-fi shows as well. Her current favorite books and TV shows are Murderbot Diaries, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, and Doctor Who!

Ana also participated in the Normandy Scholars Program this past summer!

She's also in Greek life as a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She loves to read, write, and run. After graduation, she hopes to go to law school and one day be a law professor!
